i'm being featured with my school orchestra in about three weeks playing my winter concerto and im starting to freak out alittle. its going to be in front of a few hundred people, and i always get really bad stage fright. i'll be fine until im up on the stage when i have to walk out by myself, and then my heart starts to pound, knees shake, palms sweat, im sure you guys know the deal.
can you give me any advice/tips/ and tell about any experiences with a first huge performance?? i've played at tri-m recitals and done solos, have done lots of auditions, and have been parts of lots of orchestras but this one will put the icing on the cake. i've never done anything this big with so many people watching and such a huge solo.
